Conventional tensile testing machines are designed to measure large load values using hydraulic systems, making it difficult to obtain stable readings for load values below 5 kN, such as those for other types of anchors. With the development of the LP-5KN, it has become easy to conduct tensile tests on other types of anchors. The LP-5KN has a measurement range of 5 N to 5,000 N (5 kN) and can simultaneously measure displacements of up to 20 mm, allowing for high-precision tensile displacement curves for materials such as ALC, gypsum boards, and structural plywood used in other anchors. Furthermore, being gear-driven and not using hydraulics eliminates the need for oil changes, improving maintenance. Currently, customers can use it through rental services.
