Utilizing magnetism, we have made it possible for gears to transmit torque non-contact. With the powerful force of magnetism, we achieve clean and quiet power transmission at a low cost, providing an exceptionally strong torque unlike any other. ○ Dust-free and ultra-quiet Since there is no contact between the gears, there is no dust generated from wear. (This eliminates the need for designs such as enclosures to prevent dust in the power transmission area.) The absence of contact between the gears also enables ultra-quiet operation. ○ Low cost and maintenance-free with permanent magnets By managing the entire production process from raw material magnet manufacturing to product completion, we have achieved low costs for individual gears. ○ Powerful torque and magnetic circuit design Through our unique technology, we have incorporated special steel materials inside the magnets to achieve powerful torque that is unparalleled even in compact sizes. Our optimized magnetic circuit design ensures smooth operation at both high and low speeds. *For more details, please inquire through our request for materials.

The "MGC3512P-20AIO" is a new type of coupling developed using the know-how of non-contact torque transmission cultivated through traditional magnetic gears and couplings. At the junction of the left and right parts, the outer diameter is φ26 and the inner diameter is φ21, which eliminates shaft misalignment of approximately ±2mm. This also makes machine design easier. Since it is non-contact, there is less load on the coupling itself, eliminating concerns about damage. Additionally, the use of permanent magnets means no maintenance is required. 【Features】 ■ Non-contact torque transmission using magnetic force ■ Eliminates misalignment of up to 2mm ■ Easy machine design ■ No concerns about damage ■ Non-contact and maintenance-free *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
