With sincerity, we will engage with people and matters. Thanks to your support, we will celebrate our 130th anniversary in 2025.

In October 1968, we established the company motto "Let us approach people and matters with sincerity." The then-president, Yoshiharu Uchiyama, expressed the essence of this motto as follows: "We founded this company in 1937, and when I reflect on what the spiritual elements were that allowed us to develop into a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section (now the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market), I believe it was our sincere approach to people and our management without lies. We kept our promises not only to our valued customers but also to our employees, banks, and government offices. Furthermore, we maintained strict quality control, especially regarding our own products, and in the rare event that defective products were produced, we responded sincerely. I believe this has contributed to the development of our company today. That is why we established the company motto as 'Let us approach people and matters with sincerity.' Now, we are once again considering who people are, what matters are, and what it means to approach them with sincerity, as we strive to be MARUYAMA."
