The E-Parts CAD symbol data is an all-in-one collection of symbol data for electrical and control design. It includes electrical symbols compliant with JIS C 0617, JSIA 118, and JIS B 6015, IO diagram templates (Mitsubishi Electric/Omron/Keyence), and outline symbols: front view, side view, and internal view, totaling approximately 47,000 items.

■JIS C 0617 Electrical Symbols In Japan, JIS C 0301 Electrical Symbols had been used for a long time, but in order to comply with agreements on technical barriers to trade, it was abolished and established as JIS C 0617 Electrical Symbols in 1997 and 1999 in two parts, identical to IEC 60617 Edition 2.

■JSIA 118 Electrical Symbols These are electrical symbols standardized by the JSIA, extracted and consolidated from JIS C 0617, used in drawings for distribution boards, control panels, sub-distribution boards, and monitoring panels. In March 2010, they were referenced in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Standard Drawings for Public Building Equipment Construction (Electrical Equipment Construction Edition)" for equipment symbols.

■JIS B 6015 Electrical Symbols for Machine Tools JIS B 6015 is a collection of electrical symbols commonly used for machine tools, derived from the symbols specified in JIS C 0617. In accordance with the convention in Japan of arranging bus lines vertically in connection diagrams, the symbols from JIS C 0617 have been inverted and rotated to match the flow of signals from top to bottom.
