The product we are introducing this time is a welded steel pipe for piping. When manufacturing pipes, there are often limitations on the production lot size and minimum length. However, at Benkan Kiko, we can accommodate customer requests by manufacturing pipes in standard lengths such as 4000L, 5500L, and 6000L, as well as shorter sizes under 1M and intermediate lengths known as random lengths, along with the construction of end preparations. Regarding welding construction, we can also handle welding work based on regulatory requirements such as the Electric Utility Industry Law, Gas Utility Industry Law, boilers, and first-class pressure vessels. For products subject to the Electric Utility Industry Law, we can provide welding methods and quality assurance through certified welders that comply with inspections by welding contractors, contributing to cost reduction for customers through the preparation of documentation related to inspections and factory audits. Additionally, further cost reductions can be achieved by performing circumferential welding of joints and pipes together.

At Benkan Kiko, we own various testing machines for mechanical tests, including tensile testing machines, bending testing machines, impact testing machines, and hardness testing machines. Our manufacturing plants, Kiryu Plant and Osaka Plant, are equipped to conduct mechanical tests, allowing us to perform product manufacturing and associated mechanical tests within the same facility, thereby achieving high-quality product management and reducing lead times. Additionally, we conduct strict calibration of measuring instruments and manage calibration documents under traceability linked to national standards, so you can trust us with your needs.
