The person in charge of equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting at Setsunan Kasei Co., Ltd. faced challenges such as, "When cleaning extrusion molding machines that manufacture high-performance plastics, fine particles of materials like resin, minerals, and pigments generated during the manufacturing process flow into the wastewater, making it difficult to process." Therefore, we proposed a product utilizing Fine Wedge, which can filter even small quantities. After implementation, the risk of discharging wastewater mixed with SS was eliminated, resulting in a reduction of about 15 hours of work time per month and a decrease in labor costs.
