The "DSP Series" is a die-bonding press that pursues ease of use and safety while achieving energy savings. With idling stop controlled by an inverter, power consumption is reduced by over 70%. Additionally, the amount of operating oil has been reduced to about one-third of that of conventional machines (compared to our DSP1300M).
