We primarily design and manufacture precision cleaning devices using ultrasonic technology, and we propose cleaning systems to our customers. We have service locations in 30 domestic sites and overseas (in the USA, Thailand, and the Philippines). We are a manufacturer with cleaning software. Main analytical instruments include: atomic absorption spectrophotometers, infrared spectrophotometers, gas chromatographs, ion chromatographs, visible and ultraviolet spectrophotometers, far-infrared spectrophotometers, liquid particle counters, airborne particle counters, precision balances, conductivity meters, ultrasonic sound pressure meters, ultrapure water production systems, and various cleaning equipment. Our cleaning achievements include HDDs, personal computers, mobile phones, inkjet printers, information terminals, cameras, automotive parts, motors, heads, HSAs, quartz oscillators, FPC substrates, printed circuit boards, HICs, camera modules, image sensors, CMOS sensors, plastic lenses, liquid crystal displays, liquid crystal cells, injection nozzles, measurement parts, sintered metals, vehicle bearings, military parts, pressing, cutting, degreasing, fluxing, dust removal, particle cleaning, organic EL, PDP, sealing, and polarizer attachment, among others.
