■Cold Rolling of Special Steel and Ordinary Steel We can manufacture in small lots (sheet materials approximately 300 kg and coil materials approximately 1000 kg). The thickness accuracy can achieve ±0.1 mm for sheet materials and ±0.05 mm for coil materials. Since pickling and annealing are also performed in-house, we can manufacture according to your desired hardness and specifications using our constantly stocked raw materials with short lead times. We also accept procurement of materials other than our regular stock and material supply (contract manufacturing). □ Regularly Stocked Steel Types S35C, S45C, S50C, S55C, SCM415, SCM435, SCR420, SK85 ■Cold Rolling of Electromagnetic Materials We can provide electromagnetic steel plates and round bars with guaranteed magnetic properties.
