We perform grinding of the bearing and seal parts of magnetic pulleys (magnetic separators) used in the recycling field, as well as dynamic balancing of the pulley body. Dynamic balancing is conducted to G2.5 grade, adjusting unbalanced weights from several hundred grams down to a few grams. Additionally, in terms of grinding performance, we process shafts at the acceptance stage with rough dimensions (+0.2 to +0.5 of the finished dimensions) to finished dimension tolerances (+0.01 to +0.015).
