Not limited to outdoor construction work, we have become a manufacturer that covers all areas referred to as wiring devices, and our product range totals over 3,000 items.
Meiko Group was founded in 1932 and will celebrate its "85th anniversary" in October 2017. It is a specialized manufacturer of electrical machinery and equipment consisting of four companies: three wiring device manufacturing and sales companies—Meiko Co., Ltd., Fukushima Meiko Co., Ltd., and Meiko Shoji Co., Ltd.—and one distribution board manufacturing and sales company, Meiko Sangyo Co., Ltd. The name "Meiko" was inspired by the image of a "bright factory" and was named by the founder, Eiji Kawamura, in 1945.
