The automatic backwashing sand filter device "PRT Series" supports pressure sensor-based water level control for all models! It is very hygienic as there is no stagnant water like in conventional electrode-type water level gauge piping. Water level settings can be configured via touch panel operation. There is no need to cut electrode rods like in electrode-type systems. If you want to change the water level settings after starting operation, it can be easily modified.

The heating device bus keeper "SHS series" supports pressure sensor-based water level control for all models! With the controller operation, you can fully automate water filling and heat retention with just one button. It is very hygienic as there is no stagnant water like in traditional electrode-type water level measurement piping.

This is recommended for customers who have difficulty adjusting the chemical injection amount due to changes in chlorine concentration caused by surrounding temperature and variations in the number of bathers during normal and busy periods.

"Water bath for sauna" - Bathtub filtration system - Cooling heat source system (chiller) - Pressure-type water level control ● Reasons to recommend a filtration system for the water bath The water bath has a low temperature, making it easy for dirt such as sweat and sebum to coagulate, resulting in cloudiness. Without a filtration system, the water will quickly become cloudy, necessitating frequent replacement and cleaning of the bathwater. This leads to increased labor for cleaning and higher water bills. The tap water temperature varies with the seasons. Even in standard regions, there can be a temperature variation from 9°C in winter to 30°C in summer. The equipment needed to keep the supply water cold and constant incurs significant initial costs, installation space requirements, and ongoing running costs, which is similar for cold water showers. The initial costs of installing a filtration system are not much different. When a filtration system is installed, it only needs to cool the water that has warmed up from bathing, so the actual running costs are relatively low. Additionally, since the water bill only requires replenishing the amount that evaporates or is lost from the body after initially filling the bath, it can also help reduce water costs.

Conventional heat pumps could not accommodate the water quality of baths, so they used to create high-temperature hot water with heat pumps and maintain the bath's temperature through a heat exchanger. The new product now allows for direct heating of the circulating water in the bath through a combination of a newly developed heat exchanger unit and a heat pump unit. With the realization of direct heating, it achieves energy-efficient operation, and since a buffer tank and circulation pump are no longer necessary, it can be introduced at a lower cost and in a more compact form compared to conventional systems.

■ Why was the change to stainless steel pumps made? Background: Stricter hygiene management standards from health authorities In recent years, the hygiene management standards set by health authorities have become stricter, leading to an increase in areas where high-concentration chlorine disinfection is necessary. Traditional cast iron pumps pose a risk of rusting in high-concentration chlorine environments, presenting challenges for the long-term stable operation of equipment. ■ Three benefits of stainless steel pumps Benefit (1) Complete compatibility with high-concentration chlorine disinfection The stainless steel material eliminates concerns about rust and meets the strict standards of health authorities. It enables long-term stable operation even in high-concentration chlorine environments. Benefit (2) Condensation countermeasures in water bath filtration systems When used in water baths, the significant temperature difference between the low water temperature and the pump installation environment can lead to condensation on the surface of cast iron pumps, resulting in rust and deterioration risks. Stainless steel pumps eliminate concerns about rust from condensation, making them safe for use in water baths. Benefit (3) Improved durability Stainless steel has superior corrosion resistance compared to cast iron, allowing for stable performance over long periods. Its longer lifespan reduces the frequency of replacements and maintenance, contributing to lower running costs.

■ What is the Chlorine Concentration Log Option? This is an advanced feature exclusive to the PRT series (model: PRT-○○○○CL-C). It incorporates an automatic chlorine concentration controller, enabling the automation of chlorine management and accurate record-keeping. ■ Benefits of Implementation and Three Features With the strict enforcement of hygiene management standards by health authorities, there is a strong demand for accurate records and a reduction in management burdens. 1. Reduction of Management Tasks: With automatic chlorine concentration adjustment, fine-tuning of chemical injection amounts is no longer necessary. The set concentration is automatically maintained at a constant level, significantly reducing the effort required for on-site management. 2. Automatic Saving to SD Card: Concentration data is recorded and saved to an SD card. This serves as proof of appropriate hygiene management, facilitating smooth responses during regular reports to health authorities and inspections. 3. 24-Hour Graph Display: Changes over the last 24 hours are visualized on a touch panel. This makes it easier to detect sudden fluctuations or abnormalities in chlorine concentration and to analyze trends, contributing to accident prevention. 【Important】Compliance with Regulations This feature complements management; however, the legal obligations for "daily measurement of free residual chlorine concentration" and "retention of records for three years" are still required separately. Please utilize it as a support tool for improving operational efficiency.

We bring you the dramatic evolution of the cartridge filter-type filtration device "KJO Series." Our flagship filtration device, the cartridge filter-type filtration device "KJO Series," has significantly enhanced its temperature resistance with this renewal. Based on this evolution, the water bath filtration device "Cool Time 24" has been newly created. As a result, both the hot bath and water bath specifications now share a common advantage of greatly improved design flexibility.

Leveraging the strengths of "Science for Small Bathtubs," we respond to the diversifying needs of commercial facilities. In recent years, the demand for small bathtubs in commercial use has rapidly expanded, particularly in hotels and inns with "guestroom open-air baths" and in welfare facilities with "individual baths (private bathtubs)." Our company originally started as a manufacturer focused on the production and development of home-use filtration systems (commonly known as "24-hour baths"). The ultra-compact design that fits into limited home spaces, along with the technology to safely circulate and maintain hygiene of the water 24 hours a day, constitutes our technical identity and is our greatest strength. Until now, the "KJO-300" has been marketed for home use, but we have received numerous strong requests from businesses and design offices for a compact and reliable commercial filtration system that can be used in guestroom baths and small facilities. As a result, we have officially added a specification to our lineup that can be safely operated in commercial facilities.
