The "V-Shut" is a sterilization device that does not directly irradiate ultraviolet light but instead takes in indoor air into a tube, removes viruses and bacteria using deep ultraviolet LED, and then sends out clean air with a fan. It requires no filter replacement, is hassle-free, and has a long lifespan (about twice that of mercury lamps). It uses low-power consumption LEDs and does not leak the high sterilization power of the UV-C LED275nm light source to the outside at all. It can be used directly with a 100V power outlet, so no electrical work is necessary. It features a substrate formed by combining a thin, flexible base film with insulating properties and conductive metals such as copper foil, onto which LED chips are mounted.
