The Petri Dish Heater can maintain temperature-sensitive biological samples, particularly living cells, at physiological temperatures ranging from room temperature to 45˚C. The BioHeater is a sample temperature control stage for the MFP-3D AFM, designed based on a sealed fluid cell, which heats samples in liquid from room temperature to 80°C. It is an ideal product for many applications such as protein conformational changes, enzyme activity, and lipid phase transitions.

Fluid Cell Lite is a portless fluid dish that prevents leaks caused by operational errors. It is ideal for facilities where multiple users share a single AFM/SPM, as each user can have their own dedicated cell, helping to prevent cross-contamination.

The Closed Fluid Cell (CFC) is designed to statically hold gas or liquid inside the cell or allow for circulation through injection and extraction ports. Its unique design enables the cell, sample, and cantilever holder to be fully assembled and sealed in a controlled environment (such as inside a glove box or fume hood), after which it can be transported to the AFM. Two versions are available: 1) Fluid Cell Lite: A cost-effective type that minimizes evaporation (not fully sealed) and does not have injection and extraction ports. 2) Electrical Closed Cell: Allows for electrical connection to the sample.

It has become possible to measure the adhesion and cracking of materials at the nanoscale under stress control! A manual tensile stage with high strain and high tensile distance enables two-axis tensile stress control.

The piezo force module enables ultra-sensitive, crosstalk-free measurements on piezoelectric materials, including ferroelectrics and multiferroics, by allowing for high probe bias voltages (up to ±220 V; up to ±150 V for the MFP-3D Infinity). The ORCA conductive AFM probe holder allows for conductive AFM imaging and I-V measurements with all Asylum MFP-3D AFM/SPM systems. The standard module can measure currents ranging from approximately 1 pA to 20 nA. Models with different current measurement ranges and dual-gain models are also available. This conductive AFM can simultaneously measure the shape of the sample and the current distribution map. It provides valuable measurements across a wide range of material characteristics, including insulating thin films, ferroelectric films, nanotubes, and conductive polymers.
