We have been involved in the production of pressure vessels for various devices used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. We often assist in creating prototypes for the production of pressure vessels suitable for void prevention in semiconductor devices and for researching new manufacturing methods. The Composite Center is a private research and development hub established in April 2018 with the aim of lowering the barriers to composite materials, including CFRP. This center was established as a business of Haneda Iron Works Co., Ltd., an autoclave manufacturer, but it is not limited to autoclave molding. It provides support for required design and prototyping, as well as opportunities and environments for molding, enabling more effective and flexible manufacturing not only with metals, plastics, and wood but also with CFRP. The center shares knowledge and environments to facilitate this. The Hanyuda small autoclave series is suitable for research and development as well as the production of small parts. Among them, the 'DANDELION-FORTE' is a higher model of the Dandelion, capable of molding with a wide range of resins at a maximum temperature of 380°C and a maximum pressure of 1.8MPa, specifically designed for low-temperature to 180°C curing types. It was developed as a more high-performance small autoclave while maintaining the ease of use of the Dandelion. It can be used for heating molding tests of various composite materials such as CFRP and various pressure evaluation tests in high-temperature molding that were not possible with the Dandelion. The explosion-proof testing device "H1E-1510-H(n)" for aircraft equipment is designed to conduct explosion-proof tests required during the development phase of aircraft equipment, in accordance with applicable standards. The explosion-proof test is performed to demonstrate that the equipment in question does not ignite surrounding explosive gases due to operation or overheating. This device has been developed, manufactured, and inspected under the supervision of a quality inspector (DER) appointed by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and meets U.S. standards as a Japanese manufacturer.
