• Contract manufacturing

An autoclave is a molding device necessary to fully utilize the high properties of carbon fiber. The autoclave itself is computer-controlled, but skilled manual work is essential to maintain quality. Since our company's establishment, we have been refining this molding technology, starting with the production of racing cars.

• Composite Materials

This facility is equipped with a moving belt that allows for aerodynamic experiments and development at wind speeds of up to 40 m/s. It can be applied not only in the four-wheeled and two-wheeled automotive industries but also in the development of energy-saving equipment such as wind power generation, wind resistance testing of industrial products, and visualization experiments. It is utilized by general companies, public works, and academic research.
