• Processing Contract

This is a truck assembly for automotive seats. We provide comprehensive support from the production of pressed parts such as rails, brackets, and arms to assembly through welding and riveting. The rail section uses high-tensile material (980 MPa grade).

Thick plate press-formed products using a hydraulic press (300t/800t). The main plate thickness ranges from t3.6 to t6.0.
