By systematizing the consistent production from development to mass production, we are striving to improve service and cost performance. We can handle sheet materials, round bars, and coil materials primarily in iron and stainless steel, with widths up to 1200mm and thicknesses up to 12mm. Various pressing processes (with a maximum pressing capacity of 300 tons) are possible. Furthermore, we fully support the completion process by utilizing multiple assembly lines and our own developed automatic assembly machines. Additionally, through collaboration with partner companies, we can achieve a wide range of performances, including welding, cutting, sheet metal processing, and various surface treatments. In the pressing department, we have introduced multi-joint press robots to implement more flexible unmanned processing. We are also promoting labor-saving processing with various press robots and NC leveler feeders. In the mold department, we respond quickly to requests for product development and mold maintenance and improvement with high-level technology. Utilizing the processing techniques accumulated over the years, we are also developing our own products. Despite the current economic downturn, our company is fortunate to have good clients and continues to operate steadily. Moving forward, Yanagida Manufacturing will continue to transform our customers' "thoughts" into "forms."
