Annealing

• Processing Contract

This is the hardening that occurs in stainless steel, such as SUS630 and SUH660, which has additions of nickel, copper, and aluminum, by heating, holding, and cooling at specified temperatures to generate intermetallic compounds within the steel.

• Processing Contract

This is a process of heating to 100-300°C for the purpose of removing material distortion, achieving uniform diffusion of hydrogen in the base material after plating, and dehydrogenation, among other objectives.

Also known as salt bath nitriding, it uses a salt bath agent primarily composed of cyanate, allowing for nitriding and carburizing to be performed in a short time (0.5 to 3 hours) compared to gas nitriding.
