From prototype development of rubber products to mass production, we can accommodate various product needs, from small quantities and diverse varieties to large volumes, and from general rubber molded products to specialized rubber insert molded products and rubber product sub-assemblies. We excel in rubber insert molding and possess extensive molding know-how, ranging from stress cone wires used in electrical equipment to vibration-damping rubber related to automobiles. Even for general rubber molded products, we can handle everything from various synthetic rubbers to resin molding such as elastomers. We assist from the design stage of rubber products through prototyping and mass production, responding to customer needs such as cost reduction and quality improvement. 【Prototype development including joint development with customers】 We propose new uses for rubber as solutions to our customers' problems using new technologies and flexible ideas.
