We are Fujisaki Industries, Inc., located in Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Since our establishment, we have been steadily engaged in the manufacturing of equipment and devices, primarily focusing on piping using PVC and stainless steel, as well as factory equipment-related operations. Currently, we handle a range of materials, including fluoropolymer resins such as PTFE and PFA, as well as metals like titanium and Hastelloy. This has enabled us to supply equipment for major semiconductor manufacturers and nuclear-related devices. The accumulation of years of steady experience, technology, and achievements is our asset. Additionally, when we manufactured lead shielding containers as a countermeasure for the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident following the Great East Japan Earthquake, we completed production and delivery in just two weeks, whereas it typically takes several months. As a small company, we possess the speed and focus to respond quickly. We aim to continue our efforts to be a company that can contribute to society in various ways.
Business Activities
We carry out a comprehensive range of services, not only involving the assembly and fabrication of piping and equipment but also encompassing design, electronic control design, and installation of equipment, as well as laying out factory facilities. Semiconductor Business: We have a proven track record in the fabrication of equipment and devices related to liquids and chemicals, including draft chambers, etching devices, and cleaning process equipment. Plant Business: We engage in a wide range of activities, including the fabrication of piping, tanks, and heat exchangers, laying out piping within plants, installing equipment, and creating shielding and clean rooms around manufacturing lines. We also undertake relatively large-scale construction projects, such as outdoor work. Radiation Shielding and Decontamination Business: We have numerous delivery records for various decontamination devices for nuclear power plants, treatment devices for radioactive contaminated water, and the fabrication of piping for radiation protection mats and surrounding equipment. Environmental Related Business: We handle a large number of parts for electric dust collectors (lead, titanium, Hastelloy).
