Our company operates five jig borers. As automation through machining centers has become mainstream, it is extremely rare for a company to possess this many jig borers nationwide. In recent years, the positioning accuracy of machining centers has approached that of jig borers, but they cannot escape the effects of aging, and their positioning accuracy inevitably deteriorates. We manufacture jigs and tools necessary for processing parts in various fields, primarily in automobiles, construction machinery, semiconductor equipment, medical devices, power generation turbines, and ships. Based on our technology, we have developed a prototype of a bell called "RIN," crafted from copper alloy.
