The FL-8 series is a radiation thermometer that uses fluoride infrared fibers. It enables low-temperature measurements that could not be achieved with optical fiber methods. It can measure the surface temperature of mirror-like and low-emissivity objects (such as metal rolls), which are difficult to measure with conventional radiation thermometers due to emissivity issues.

When using a non-contact thermometer/radiation thermometer, if the emissivity of the object being measured is unknown or if it is a low-emissivity object, stable temperature measurements with no variation in the temperature display can be achieved. [Please Note!] Removal after tape application and removal/cleaning after spray application is not possible. In harsh environments such as high-frequency, microwave, or high voltage, where it is difficult to measure with electrical thermometers like thermocouples, platinum (Pt), and thermistors, reliable contact temperature measurement is possible. The measurement temperature range is -195.0℃ to 450.0℃. *This varies depending on the sensor used.
