The charge point is a split butterfly valve designed for the safe transfer of highly active powders, and it is a system that can be applied in various scenarios of pharmaceutical processes. The charge point consists of active and passive components. When the two dock together, the valve bodies merge to form a single butterfly valve, allowing for the opening and closing operation of the valve as well as the containment and transfer of the powder. Once the powder transfer operation is complete, the valve is closed, and the separation of the valve bodies is performed; however, since the insides of both valve bodies are in close contact, a clean state can be maintained.

This is a device that fluidizes and dries powder by blowing dry gas from a gas distribution plate mounted at the bottom of a box-shaped dryer.
