We would like to introduce the cooling tower specifications of our Ectoflex couplings, "NER Series/NEF Series." The hub, disk, and bolts are made of stainless steel, making them suitable for outdoor conditions where cooling water may splash. They are lighter than those made of steel or stainless steel, allowing for a higher dangerous rotational speed and enabling further long-length compatibility. Installation can be done easily even in high places with poor scaffolding. This product is a suitable Ectoflex coupling for process pumps. In addition to halving the assembly labor due to the center unit structure, it features a compact design with a large capacity. Thanks to Tsubaki's unique structure, the unit can be inserted without compression bolts, reducing not only assembly labor but also the labor required for disassembly during maintenance. We would like to introduce the Ectoflex Couplings that we handle, specifically the 'NEF Series / NER Series'. Due to their disc type design, there is no need for grease replacement, and they excel in maintenance and total cost compared to gear couplings. The NEF Series can be directly replaced with specifications that have the same overall length and hub length as the gear coupling. Additionally, with the center unit structure of the NER Series, the installation time for couplings is reduced by half. The "NEF Series" is a flexible Ectoflex coupling that significantly enhances flexibility. With the newly developed CFRP disc, it can absorb up to 2.5 times the angular misalignment compared to the conventional NEF series. This product is an accessory for the cable carrier three-dimensional series TKRB type ROBOTRAX. Maintaining the features of "ROBOTRAX," which allows for easy insertion of cables and hoses in an open design, we offer a "protective sleeve" and "thermal shield" for easy protection. By simply attaching with hook-and-loop fasteners, you can provide strong protection from harsh environments. The "protective sleeve" and "thermal shield" can be replaced individually, which is expected to reduce the frequency of replacing the cable carrier body and the assembly work hours. The "WT2515 and TTUPM838H" are plastic top chains that transport beverage containers quickly and smoothly. The "WT2515-W and WT2515G-W" consist of a chain made up of modular links with a pitch of 25.4mm and widths of 85mm and 170mm. Additionally, the "TTUPM838H" employs a "special two-layer D-shaped plastic pin" that combines plastic and metal pins.
