This is an AIREX mechanical shaft (screw type) that can be used in a vacuum environment. It is optimal as a winding and feeding shaft for solar panels and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. It can be used in ultra-high vacuum areas down to 10^-6 Pa. We use carefully selected materials. The components are made from materials with low gas emission. Metals include SUS303, SUS304, SUS440C, and A2017. Resins include Vespearl SP-1, Ketron PEEK, and Viton fluorine rubber. The lubricant is vacuum grease (Barrierta SUPER IS/V, NOK). It has a structure that suppresses dust generation. To minimize contact dust generation during core attachment and detachment, a roller unit is embedded in the outer diameter of the body. During the expansion and contraction of the lugs, it suppresses dust generation from inside the shaft while preventing component seizure by ensuring that the sliding components are a combination of metal and resin. Residual foreign substances from the components are removed. Before assembly, all components are degreased, cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning, and dried to remove moisture. Assembly is carried out in a clean booth with the utmost care to prevent the attachment of oils, dust, and other contaminants.

We would like to introduce a case where we performed an overhaul of a cooling tower gearbox for an electric power company. The company owns 10 cooling towers and conducts gearbox maintenance at a pace of several units each year on a 5-year cycle. However, due to fluctuations in power demand, the regular repair periods can suddenly shorten, and traditional maintenance companies have declined requests for short-term service citing labor shortages, which led them to consult with us. We would like to introduce a case where the stair lighting in a logistics center was converted to LED, achieving both safety and energy efficiency. In the stair area of the customer's logistics center, fluorescent lights that take time to turn on were installed, resulting in insufficient brightness, especially during the darker hours in the evening, which posed safety concerns. Therefore, the stair lighting was updated from approximately 3,200lm fluorescent lights to about 4,000lm high-brightness LEDs. We would like to introduce a case study regarding a custom hoist for transporting heavy objects that we have implemented. In the customer's factory in this case, raw materials were being transported using pneumatic conveyance; however, the powdered raw materials tended to clog in the middle of the line, causing frequent stoppages in transportation, which became a significant issue. We carefully listened to the customer's challenges and collaborated with partner manufacturers. We proposed a heavy object transport system centered around a fully custom-made inverter-controlled hoist. Through more than ten meetings and on-site inspections, we built the ideal system. • Other conveying machines

We would like to introduce a case of replacing mercury lamps and fluorescent lights with LED lighting at a factory in the Kanto region. In this case, the factory had mercury lamps and fluorescent lights installed, and due to aging deterioration, they were considering switching to LED lighting. After conducting a preliminary site survey and taking into account the factory layout and worker placement, we proposed a lighting arrangement that would prevent shadows from LED lighting.
