The IKO swivel nozzle is a compact cutting oil supply nozzle designed for precise lubrication of cutting oil in machining. It allows for free adjustment of the oil supply direction, enabling concentrated lubrication on the machining area, which effectively cools and lubricates. As a result, cutting resistance is reduced, and surface finish accuracy improves, achieving high machining precision. Furthermore, the tool life is extended, making it economical. This swivel nozzle is widely used in various applications, such as the spindle end face of machining centers and the tool holder section of NC lathes.

In lifespan comparison tests with standard heat-treated products, results have shown a remarkable increase in lifespan, exceeding five times that of standard heat-treated products.

The needle roller way is one of the roller-type finite linear motion guide devices that incorporates needle roller cages with two orthogonal rows of needle rollers, combined with precision-ground track bases in M and V shapes. Typically, two sets of track bases are arranged in parallel to form a linear guide mechanism. Depending on the customer's application, it is possible to enhance the precision and rigidity of the guide mechanism further, as well as to increase the load capacity, thereby extending the rated lifespan.

The EWELLIX lifting column is a robust and low-noise actuator in a rectangular prism shape, allowing for the selection of optimal specifications based on application and usage conditions, such as stroke length, load, bending moment load (offset load), and lifting speed. The stroke exceeds 700mm, with a force (permissible load) of 6000N and capable of withstanding a bending moment of 2800Nm, and it supports voltages of 120VAC, 230VAC, and 24VDC. As the bearing rotates, the lubricant continuously seeps out onto the raceway surface in an appropriate amount, maintaining the lubrication performance of the bearing over a long period. C-Lube turning type needle bearings for food machinery are designed to ensure safety for the human body by using NSF H1 certified lubricants and resins that comply with FDA standards. They can be safely used in various food machinery.

Low dust generation grease for clean environments has the same amount of dust generation as conventional vacuum grease used for low dust generation, while also exhibiting superior lubrication performance and contamination prevention capabilities.

IKO Anti-Fretting Grease AF2 is a grease that excels in anti-fretting corrosion properties, using a urethane compound as a thickener and synthetic oil as the base oil. Linear guide devices and rolling bearings may experience wear accompanied by reddish-brown wear particles on the contact surfaces between the rolling elements and the raceway due to repeated minute reciprocating or oscillating motions. This phenomenon is referred to as fretting corrosion or false brinelling, which can lead to a decline in the performance and accuracy of the equipment. IKO Anti-Fretting Grease AF2 demonstrates stable performance over an extended period, even in applications with minute stroke movements where general greases are difficult to use, contributing to improved reliability of the equipment.

The slideway is a non-recirculating cross roller guide that uses precision rollers. It consists of a precisely machined track base and roller cage. It is sold as a set of four track bases (two roller cages) and is installed on a stage (table or bed) prepared by the customer.

Therefore, when the bearing end face is secured with the lock nut, it is possible to assemble with minimal eccentricity in the shaft part and achieve high precision. Additionally, the effective diameter of the threads is managed and manufactured towards the lower limit, which minimizes play with the shaft part when tightened, making it less likely to loosen due to vibrations. Furthermore, assembly and disassembly can be easily performed, making it very convenient for regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of machinery.
