Long-life specification
The long-life specification turning-type needle bearings have enhanced hardness and toughness of the surface layer of the bearing through a newly developed special heat treatment, which suppresses the occurrence and progression of damage starting from the surface. This results in a significant extension of lifespan under severe load conditions and in lubrication environments where foreign substances may be mixed in. In lifespan comparison tests with standard heat-treated products, results have shown a remarkable increase in lifespan, exceeding five times that of standard heat-treated products.
