1. High Pressure Specification Achieves the highest level of high pressure in its class. Rated pressure is 35MPa, and it supports a maximum peak pressure of 40MPa. By reducing the diameter of the cylinder, it enables compact design, shorter processing cycles, and a reduction in the amount of operating oil used. 2. Energy Saving By reducing friction losses at each sliding part and internal leakage, it demonstrates energy-saving performance that surpasses competitor products. By combining tap water and cutting fluid with super alkaline ion water (SAIW), the lifespan of cutting tools is improved. Super alkaline ion water (SAIW) has the effect of suppressing the oxidation of coolant fluids as well as anaerobic bacteria and foul odors. It has a high cleaning power similar to organic solvents, and replacing it with super alkaline ion water (SAIW) leads to an improvement in the working environment and a reduction in the storage amount of hazardous materials.
