Visibility: With a lock product that has a display indicating the open/closed state, it becomes possible to determine the locking and unlocking status at a glance. Weather Resistance: To withstand harsh weather conditions, the highest level of durability is required. Based on this background, we are developing products that demonstrate unwavering functionality in various environments. Fire Resistance: In preparation for emergencies, we categorized our products by their various applications and conducted tests according to the required classes of fire resistance. As a result, we have achieved the capability to withstand high temperatures of up to 1,000°C. Multiple products have passed this test, meeting the E60 standard (equivalent to withstanding heat of up to 1,000°C for 60 minutes). Sealing: DIRAK's compression products feature a mechanism where turning the latch 90° causes the cam to also rotate 90°, entering a pre-lock state, and turning it another 90° tightens the door. This mechanism ensures uniform tightening, improving sealing and operability. Impact and Vibration Resistance: Since railway vehicles have a long service life, the parts used must have durable and reliable joints, as well as high vibration and impact resistance. All products that underwent vibration and impact testing have cleared the basic testing standards of DIN EN61373 (German industrial standard).
