• Other motors

The "EtherCAT-compatible 4-axis integrated 5-phase stepping driver CTDR-0514ES-4LS" is equipped with motor control functions, allowing command-based control of target position, speed, and acceleration/deceleration settings. It can control stepping motors with the same controller as servo motors, and the integrated 4-axis design contributes to reduced wiring and space-saving. By applying synchronous start and continuous interpolation functions, complex control between axes is also possible. The PXRP-3216CN is a motion controller that enables high-speed motor control independent of PC and OS, thanks to its high-performance motion engine. It supports up to 36 axes of control and can handle speed commands of up to 400 Mpps, featuring a variety of functions such as axis linkage, interpolation control, and gantry control. Sample source code for operation verification, which can be directly repurposed for programming, is also available, contributing to a reduction in software development labor. The "CTDR-0514ES-2LS/4LS" is an EtherCAT-compatible slave with motor control functions such as target position, speed, and acceleration/deceleration settings, and it is a 5-phase stepping driver. It can operate with master devices such as the "PXEP-CN" from Cosmotex and other master boards that have passed the official ETG tests. By utilizing synchronous start and continuous interpolation functions, complex control between axes is also possible. You can select the drive current from three options: 0.35A, 0.75A, and 1.4A. The 『PXRP-3216CN』 is a multifunctional motion control board compatible with Realtime Express (RTEX) that can control up to 36 axes. Equipped with Cosmotex's proprietary pulse generation software "PGS," it enables computational processing within the board, allowing for high-speed processing of complex motor control without relying on a PC or OS. In addition to individual settings for start/stop speeds, it allows for overrides of acceleration/deceleration times, target speeds, and movement amounts during operation.
