Our services can be used for performance testing of various test specimens (machines and component parts), as well as reliability, durability, and LOCA testing. We also offer design services for test piping lines and units as per customer requests. ■ Features --------------------------------------------------------- 【Steam Testing up to 400℃】 We can conduct saturated steam testing at a pressure of 1.6MPa up to 200℃ and superheated steam testing up to a maximum of 400℃ using a steam heater. 【Heat Cycle Testing】 We offer automated control for temperature changes (steam exposure, cooling with water, drying processes, etc.) and can perform set heat cycle tests. 【Combined Testing】 We also accept contracts for operational durability tests, hot water/immersion tests, and flow measurement tests. These can be combined with steam exposure or heat cycle tests. 【Test Body Design】 We can design and manufacture test enclosures tailored to the test specimens.

At Keihin Corporation, we offer rental of testing equipment and contract testing services. If you are facing issues such as "our own testing equipment is unavailable" or "we want to introduce new testing equipment, but the costs are too high," you can use Keihin's testing equipment to reduce costs and shorten delivery times.
