As manufacturing progresses in emerging countries like China, what direction should we, as Japanese people, take? Is it truly correct to easily expand overseas, or is it a choice made out of necessity? JAPAN QUALITY - The company feels like a family - There is mutual trust between labor and management, and among employees - Promises are always kept - No one tells lies - There is a belief that it is better to be deceived than to deceive These wonderful qualities inherent in the Japanese people support "Japanese manufacturing."
