There have been instances of rat holes occurring in the feed silo, and we have received inquiries about not being able to discharge within the specified time... We want to do something about it... As usual, we reviewed the silo diagram and proposed the arrangement of the blow disk, which was promptly implemented. After the installation of the equipment, we were able to discharge approximately 4 tons in a stable manner within about 10 minutes. This is a case where we were consulted about a situation where a fusuma (sliding door) got stuck in the chute section of a screw conveyor, causing the level gauge to malfunction. We were asked if there was anything that could be done. Since fusuma can indeed be troublesome, we decided to lend them a product for testing. The sticking started about 200mm from the bottom of the level gauge, so we installed the product in that area and conducted a test. The results were good! They adopted it immediately. We would like to introduce a case where our "Brodisk" was adopted for a quicklime silo based on a consultation from an engineering company. In this case, we used the controller "C-SV4," which has four built-in solenoid valves. The advantage of using the controller is that it allows for easy adjustment of the air ON/OFF time according to the situation on-site, and it enables the setting of double shots at specific locations and the interval time after one cycle is completed. Additionally, because the solenoid valves are built-in, installation is straightforward, contributing to the total cost.
