We would like to introduce a case where a chemical manufacturer adopted the "Brodisk." They had installed knockers as a countermeasure for bridging, but it was not very effective, and they were dealing with the issue through manual hammering. After years of hammering, the hopper became uneven, and they decided to update this part and introduced our product. We would like to introduce a case where a blow disk was used as a bridging countermeasure at the discharge section of a dryer hopper. Flake-shaped raw materials can present more troublesome cases compared to pellets or general grinding materials. In this instance, to address this issue, we are injecting air at a higher pressure for each blow disk individually.
