This is a hydraulic actuator that receives instrumentation signals such as 4-20mA and rotates the operating shaft to the corresponding position. The E/E (electric/electric) positioner, hydraulic path switching valve, hydraulic pump, and cylinder are compactly integrated. The positioner receives external instrumentation signals and recognizes the deviation from the current position. The actuator switches the hydraulic path via the switching valve in the direction to eliminate this deviation, rotating the operating shaft to the position corresponding to the signal. The rotation speed of the operating shaft is based on our unique deviation proportional speed operation, achieving stable positioning without overshoot. 【Features】 - The powerful hydraulic operation ensures reliability without troubles. - Installation is simple. - A wide variety of models are available to choose from according to the required torque. - It has a high energy-saving effect and a mechanism that minimizes the degradation of hydraulic oil. - The operating direction can be easily switched with a switch. - A wide range of additional equipment can be installed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

This is an actuator that receives instrumentation signals such as 4-20mA and converts them into mechanical movements, such as the rotation of an operating shaft or linear motion of the shaft, proportional to the signals received. Hydraulic oil generated by a hydraulic pump is ejected from the injection pipe (hydraulic injection pipe relay mechanism), and the force coil that receives the instrumentation signal vibrates the injection pipe, sending hydraulic oil into the cylinder, causing the cylinder rod to extend and retract. This also rotates or moves the connected operating shaft in a linear motion. The movement of the operating shaft is fed back to the injection pipe through a mechanical restoration mechanism. In place of the mechanical restoration mechanism, we also offer a high-density, responsive SOP series that forms a servo system with electrical feedback. 【Features】 - Operation is reliable and trouble-free due to the powerful force of hydraulic power. - Each unit is robustly constructed. - The use of hydraulic injection pipes makes it resistant to contamination from hydraulic oil and highly durable. - Installation is simple. - Electrical work involves only wiring for the motor's power supply and input signals. - Mechanical work requires only linking the operating end. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

It is a hydraulic controller equipped with a pressure-sensitive part that can directly receive the signals necessary for control, allowing it to operate independently on-site without relying on other equipment. Hydraulic oil generated by a hydraulic pump is ejected from the injection pipe (hydraulic injection pipe relay mechanism). The pressure-sensitive part that receives the signal causes the injection pipe to vibrate, sending hydraulic oil into the cylinder, which extends and retracts the cylinder rod. This is connected to an operating shaft that can be rotated or moved in a straight line. By combining a wide variety of models with the pressure-sensitive part, we can meet various needs. 【Features】 ○ Control is possible without converters or regulators ○ Direct input of signals necessary for control ○ Lower instrumentation costs ○ Powerful hydraulic force ○ Operation is reliable and trouble-free ○ Excellent durability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The flow control valve is a self-powered flow control valve that does not have a power source. The differential pressure before and after the variable orifice, caused by the flow of fluid (the pressure difference between the primary and secondary sides), acts on a piston or diaphragm and is designed to balance with a set spring. The piston or diaphragm is connected to an internally integrated valve, and it automatically adjusts the valve opening so that the differential pressure before and after the variable orifice is always equal to the set pressure, thereby keeping the flow rate constant. The required flow rate is adjusted by the opening of the variable orifice. Furthermore, changes in flow rate at the same opening, that is, changes in valve capacity, can also be easily made by adjusting the opening area of the variable orifice, making it a self-powered flow control valve and a unique, groundbreaking control valve. 【Features】 ○ Self-powered flow control valve without a power source ○ Constant flow control ○ The differential pressure before and after the variable orifice is always equal to the set pressure ○ The required flow rate is adjusted by the opening of the variable orifice ○ Changes in valve capacity can also be easily made by adjusting the opening area of the variable orifice *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The differential pressure valve is a control valve that maintains a constant pressure difference between two fluids. It does not have a power source; instead, the pressure of the reference side fluid acting on the bellows counteracts the pressure of the following side fluid, which is designed to be slightly higher than the set spring pressure. The bellows is connected to an internal valve, and when a pressure difference occurs between the reference side fluid and the following side fluid, the bellows expands or contracts, causing the internal valve to move. The internal valve adjusts the flow rate of the following side fluid by changing the valve opening, ensuring that the pressure remains consistently higher than the set pressure. As described above, it is a self-operated control valve that moves based on differential pressure, making it a unique and innovative control valve. In burners that combust heavy oil, such as those used in boilers, an atomizing burner is employed to spray steam or air. By using this device to maintain the atomizing steam or air at a slightly higher pressure than the heavy oil pressure, good combustion conditions can be maintained. 【Features】 - Maintains a constant pressure difference between two fluids - The bellows is connected to an internal valve - The bellows expands or contracts when a difference occurs between the pressure difference and the set pressure - A self-operated control valve that moves based on differential pressure - A unique and innovative control valve *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This variport valve is a rotary type control valve that adjusts the flow rate by rotating the valve shaft. Additionally, it features a structure that allows the sleeve, which is combined with the valve shaft, to be moved, thereby easily changing the opening area of the port through which the fluid passes. The maximum flow rate is determined by the movement of the sleeve, and the optimal flow rate is adjusted by the rotation of the valve shaft. In general, when performing fluid control, the performance of the control valve affects the controllability, leading to the following conventional issues: - The pressure before and after the control valve differs between actual operating conditions and design conditions. - The Cv value of the control valve is determined for each diameter, and it can only be selected in stages, making it difficult to choose the optimal Cv value. - The range of flow rates used may exceed the valve's rangeability. By using this variport valve, these issues can be resolved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
