The "conEX NG" is a top-class conical twin-screw extruder with advanced technology for extrusion lines. The gearbox is robust, simple, and safe. It is designed for high back pressure of 520 bar (continuous) and can lubricate without an additional pump by cooling the lubricant with a cooling plate (water). We would like to introduce the fully automatic mold and downstream molding equipment for irregular profile extrusion lines manufactured by our group company, Exelliq. Inside the mold, the resin filling conditions at each part of the profile are adjusted, and the resin shortage and accurate shape molding are automatically controlled. It accurately molds the specified shape while minimizing excess material.
