Our company performs "quenching, grinding, and assembly." Distortion and deformation are prevented through constrained quenching. After that, both ends, the outer diameter, and the inner diameter are ground using a grinding machine. We excel in producing cylindrical products ranging from Φ100mm to Φ1000mm and up to 225mm in width, with a monthly production capacity of over 3,500 tons.
