Since the launch of Japan's first domestic chemical transfer hand pump (for drums) 35 years ago, the Handy Pro Pump HP series boasts a cumulative record of 100,000 units sold and a reputation for reliability. Through continuous research and development, we are constantly expanding our lineup of shapes and materials to meet customer needs. It is ideal for transferring chemicals from containers such as drums, polycans, pails, one-gallon cans, and cubitainers.

Achieving pulsation-free quantitative injection in the ultra-micro range, which was impossible with diaphragm-type systems. Furthermore, with a high-level discharge accuracy within a pulsation rate of ±3%, it is liberated from valve malfunction troubles due to its valve-less structure.

Manufactured by heating and bending rigid PVC sheets and welding, with a rim material applied inside for protection against water pressure. Since skilled craftsmen carefully create each piece, we can accommodate a variety of shapes. Installation of various flanges, level switch seats, and stirrer frames is also possible. We also manufacture cooling tank units to prevent the increase of chlorine acid concentration.

Through meticulous machining that can be described as artisan craftsmanship, high precision and durability are achieved. In addition to high precision, the control methods for process pumps are also well-developed, along with operability and functionality.

The PRO-20Z model continuously measures the concentration of free residual chlorine in the water using the polarographic method. When a specific voltage is applied to the electrode sensor immersed in the water, a current flows that is proportional to the residual chlorine concentration. This current is precisely measured and displayed digitally as the residual chlorine concentration value.
