Natural rubber is a substance primarily composed of the sap of rubber trees, known for being very soft and strong as a natural material. It is said to have an elongation rate of 1000%, has a sticky quality that allows it to adhere easily to objects, and exhibits self-adhesiveness when pressed together with other natural rubber. It excels in flexibility and can maintain its properties even in extremely cold environments of -60°C. Additionally, being natural, it has the advantage of not imposing an environmental burden. Latex refers to the emulsified state of "liquid natural rubber," where such natural rubber components are dispersed in a liquid medium. Our company is one of the few manufacturers in the world that processes this liquid natural rubber latex and possesses the technology to modify latex. The Rejitex MG series is a modified natural rubber latex created by grafting MMA (methyl methacrylate) onto a base of natural rubber latex. Depending on the grafting rate, there are MG-10, MG-25, MG-40, and MG-67, which demonstrate outstanding performance as modifiers for raw latex in various adhesives.

Regitex TRH-70 is a high-concentration natural rubber latex developed by our company. Currently, the mainstream natural rubber latex available on the market has a concentration of 61% and is primarily used for molding applications such as gloves, balloons, and foam rubber, as well as for adhesive applications. Additionally, to improve drying properties, products concentrated to about 68% have been commercialized using evaporation and creaming methods. However, latex produced by the evaporation method uses caustic potash and soap during the manufacturing process, resulting in poor drying properties despite its high concentration. Furthermore, the dried film has weaknesses such as low strength and high moisture absorption. Latex produced by the creaming method retains the creaming agents used during manufacturing, which leads to the progression of the creaming phenomenon during long-term storage, causing an increase in concentration in the upper layer and a decrease in concentration in the lower layer, resulting in troubles. Regitex TRH-70 was developed to address these shortcomings. TRH-70 is produced using an evaporation method with a special manufacturing device.
