The Precision Temperature Control Air Dryer/RAV Series achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C while utilizing the heat generated during refrigerant compression through heat pump balance control (heaterless method), enabling energy savings of over 70% compared to heater PID systems. Despite being air-cooled, it reduces exhaust heat by up to 50%, helping to suppress the rise in room temperature at the installation site.

■Freon-free Air Dryer The heatless air dryer QSQ series removes water vapor from compressed air by adsorption using a desiccant. Unlike refrigerant-type air dryers, it can supply freon-free air with a low dew point. The regeneration of the desiccant is achieved by passing a portion of the dried air through it (purge air). ■Energy-saving dew point sensor is standard equipment. ■All functions are indicated by lamps. ■Compact and lightweight, with easy maintenance.
