■Grundfos TP and TPE vertical inline pumps can be used for various applications. All pumps are single-stage inline centrifugal pumps equipped with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals. These are close-coupled pumps where the pump and motor are independent units. Compared to similar canned rotor pumps, they have the advantage of being unaffected by impurities in the conveyed liquid. ■There are two models of vertical inline pumps. We offer a wide range of special product options for each model. 【TP Pump】 This pump is characterized by excellent reliability and high efficiency. For models with 7.5KW 4P and 11KW 2P or higher, a quiet IE2 motor with high-efficiency operation is standard. The pump body of the TP pump is all coated with electrodeposition paint, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. 【TPE Pump】 The main difference between the TP pump and the TPE pump is the motor. The TPE motor has a built-in frequency converter, allowing for different control methods to be applied. The TPE pump saves energy and improves comfort.

■ The UPS pump has a circulator pump with three speeds (50Hz and 60Hz). ■ These pumps can be used in both open and closed systems. The pump and motor form an integrated unit with two gaskets instead of a shaft seal, and they are of the canned rotor type. Additionally, the bearings are lubricated with the conveyed liquid. ■ Designed for liquid circulation in heating and air conditioning systems. Pumps with copper or stainless steel housings can also be used in hot water service systems.

The UPA series is a home mini booster designed and developed under a refined design policy. The adoption of a seal-less structure eliminates concerns about water leakage and maintenance. The SQ Flex pump is an environmentally friendly water supply solution equipped with a permanent magnet motor that efficiently utilizes natural energy. It provides a perfect water supply solution for remote areas with water shortages and no or unstable power supply. The SQ Flex is a complete intelligent system that goes beyond just a pump. The pump has built-in electronic components, allowing it to operate on DC power without the need for an external conditioner. You can choose from 10 different pump sizes. The 4 types of helical rotor pumps are suitable for applications requiring high lift, while the 6 types of vortex pumps are designed for applications requiring high flow rates.

The SQE3 inch submersible pump allows you to choose a model that meets your individual requirements across a wide range of performance. It is a compactly designed 3-inch multi-stage centrifugal pump that can be installed in boreholes smaller than the pump dimensions. The SQE pump has built-in electronic components, making installation and operation very simple, and we guarantee reliable and stable water supply. The pump, equipped with a permanent magnet motor, features a flexible and compact design, ensuring excellent efficiency and accommodating lift heights of up to 200 meters. By using the "SQEP," which combines the SQE pump with a surface control unit, you can achieve constant pressure water supply.

The standard CR pumps, which have a wide range of products, are suitable for almost all industrial solutions. Additionally, their modular structure allows for a broader range of applications. The standard CR pumps are available in four materials: cast iron, two different types of stainless steel, and all titanium. They come in 11 different flow ranges, with a maximum pressure of 50 bar, various shaft seals, rubber materials, and supply voltages. The components of the pumps are affected by various liquids or harsh operating conditions, but they can be optimized for specific applications and designed for special requirements.

The deep well water pump inverter automatic operation unit SPCP provides stable discharge pressure and energy savings through constant water supply with inverter operation, as well as the advantage of reduced installation space. Additionally, the flow switch quickly detects low flow (below 10L/min) and stops operation, preventing unnecessary running. The pump and motor are made of stainless steel (SUS304), and the piping of the automatic operation unit and the above-ground components (including the curved well cover) are also standardly made of stainless steel casting (SCS13), offering excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

All major parts of the pump section are made of titanium, which is lightweight, strong, and boasts extremely high corrosion resistance. It is suitable for applications involving the transfer and pressurization of highly corrosive liquids, including seawater.

■By installing two vertical multistage centrifugal pumps in series and adopting a special motor for reverse thrust, we have achieved a high pressure of 4.4 MPa, which has traditionally been difficult with centrifugal pumps. ■This is an ideal high-pressure pump that simultaneously resolves issues commonly associated with plunger pumps, such as noise problems, equipment fatigue due to pulsation, and high maintenance costs due to the short lifespan of key components.

The two main features of the horizontal multi-stage pump CM (Centrifugal Modular) are its compact design and excellent modularity that allows for various configurations. The pump is fundamentally composed of interchangeable modules, designed to enable uninterrupted operation for any application. It is a direct drive type with a mechanical shaft seal equipped. CM pumps are available in either cast iron or stainless steel. (AISI 304/DIN 1.4301 stainless steel is suitable for water and non-corrosive liquids, while AISI 316/DIN 1.4401 stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance for corrosive liquids.)

This is an ideal automatic operation unit born from the combination of a fully stainless steel pump and motor with a control unit that boasts exceptional reliability. It is optimal for water supply in large residential buildings and parking lots that require relatively high flow rates. The control unit, which incorporates pressure and flow sensors, achieves a constant water volume and pressure with minimal pulsation.

The SPK type immersion coolant pump is a bestseller for circulating and transferring coolant in machine tools. The stainless steel press processing of the main components provides excellent corrosion and wear resistance, as well as achieving lightweight and high efficiency. Being a vertical immersion type, it can be installed on top of the tank without taking up space, and the immersion dimensions of the pump can be selected according to the depth of the tank.

The immersion-type coolant pump MTR can be used for circulating coolant liquids in various machine tools, circulating cleaning liquids in cleaning devices, and for various filtration applications. It is designed to be installed directly on the tank, with the pump section immersed in the liquid used in the tank. The MTH series is a multi-stage vortex pump with an integrated pump motor. The strainer is provided at the bottom and sides of the pump, ensuring sufficient suction conditions. This pump has been specifically developed for applications such as coolant liquid circulation for various machine tools and cleaning liquids for various cleaning devices, and it features a compact design that is particularly suitable for shallow tanks in small equipment.

The MTD immersion-type multi-stage coolant pump for dirty liquids is an ideal product for transferring dirty liquids generated during the machining process of machine tools to a filtration system. It features a semi-open impeller that can transport dirty liquids containing foreign substances such as solids, chips, and shavings, with a maximum size of up to 25mm.

The high-pressure coolant pump MTS is a self-priming screw pump consisting of a three-axis spindle made up of a drive screw and an idler screw. The screws are treated with ion plating (PVD), and the housing undergoes special hardening treatment to achieve a high surface hardness of 1200HV, preventing wear and damage from particles such as chips. With a screw design and equipped with a pressure compensation bushing, it enables stable discharge without pulsation, allowing for quiet operation.

The MTB series is a single-stage vortex coolant pump designed for transporting dirty liquids containing solid materials such as chips. It features a semi-open impeller that is resistant to chips and foreign substances, allowing for the transport of liquids containing solid materials up to approximately 20mm. It is particularly suitable for use in high flow rate applications, such as centralized filtration systems.

■DDA This pump is suitable for applications that require complex and strict requirements with high reliability. In addition to a maximum turn-down ratio of 1:3000, it is equipped with flow control, pressure monitoring, auto flow adaptation, and flow measurement functions. The industrial package also includes operational features such as a one-week injection timer and automatic air venting. ■DDC Featuring a simple and intuitive click wheel operation, it also comes with an LCD display that supports over 25 languages. Additionally, the control system incorporates input and output functions such as analog control and output relays, in addition to all standard features. It accommodates a wide range of applications with slow mode (anti-cavitation) for high-viscosity media and calibration mode. ■DDE This cost-effective product allows you to experience all the advantages of digital metering injection, including smooth and continuous dosing, with a maximum turn-down ratio of 1:1000. One model of this product can replace almost all existing models with an injection volume of 0.006 to 6 L/h. Flow settings can be adjusted in the range of 0.1 to 100% using a logarithmic scale. Simple pulse control, external stop functions, and empty level signals make it ideal for basic OEM applications.

The CRN Magdrive is a pump developed for the safe handling of hazardous and corrosive fluids. The magnetic drive system, which does not require a shaft seal, offers high sealing performance and minimizes risks at the pump installation site. The deep well submersible pump constant pressure control unit SQEP is a constant pressure operation unit that uses a 3-inch deep well submersible pump SQE. It is designed with a 3-inch size for ease of handling, and its weight is about half that of conventional models, providing overwhelming advantages during installation and maintenance work. The CU301 control box is built into the above-ground unit, allowing for one-touch pressure settings in 0.5 bar increments from 1.5 to 4.5 bar, ensuring constant pressure water supply regardless of changes in well water levels. BC materials are used for the piping to shut out red water, and a pressure reducing valve is unnecessary even for wells with shallow natural water levels.

An ideal household deep well submersible pump born from the combination of all-stainless steel pumps and motors with a control unit that boasts exceptional reliability. The above-ground unit, equipped with pressure and flow sensors, achieves operation with extremely low pulsation at a constant water volume and pressure. It supplies a large volume of water from a low water level, which is impossible with land-based home pumps. It is also fully equipped with measures to prevent unexpected failures, such as an automatic heating device that operates below a certain temperature to prevent winter troubles and a dry run prevention circuit.

The MULTILIFT lifting station is a cost-effective, cutting-edge solution designed to pump wastewater to a higher location when sanitary facilities are located below the sewer system. The MULTILIFT accommodates not only the installation of equipment but also new buildings. This unit consists of a robust, leak-proof tank, a motor, a level detection device, and a check valve, and it is pre-assembled for easy installation. This reliable unit can be used with either two pump units or just one. There are six tank sizes ranging from 44 liters to 450 liters, with each tank offering nine different pump sizes. This unit caters to various building sizes, from single-family homes to large shopping malls. It can reliably process solids and fibers from household wastewater. Despite its compact size of 0.25 to 1.6 m², it can pump out water at rates ranging from 1,680 liters to 14,400 liters per hour.

The adoption of stepper motors and EC drives optimizes the control of stroke speed, achieving extremely high precision. The duration of each discharge stroke varies according to the flow rate setting. Although the suction stroke time is always constant, it can be extended using the cavitation prevention function, allowing for a wide range of needs to be met. In this way, the suction is always performed at full stroke. This enables smooth pumping of liquids that release gas and achieves continuous injection with minimal pulsation, which is crucial for injection systems that require long suction lines.
