This is the SL series of seal-less pumps that demonstrate excellent performance with a high lift and low flow rate. The wetted parts and main components of the pump are made of highly corrosion-resistant polypropylene. It is suitable for almost all types of chemical liquids in both small and medium-sized models. It exhibits outstanding performance in transferring corrosive fluids such as acids and alkalis.

This is a process pump that excels not only in corrosion resistance but also in pressure strength. It can be used with high-temperature chemicals up to 90°C and 100°C.

The unique internal structure allows for self-priming to a height of 4 meters in under 2 minutes. The body shape, which has low fluid resistance, and the efficient inverter shape have been designed and manufactured. There are two types available: polypropylene, which excels in corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness, and PVDF, which has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

The completely corrosion-resistant liquid contact parts are available in various types to accommodate a wide range of fluids. The standard model is suitable for viscosities up to 300 mPa·s, while the high-viscosity version can handle up to 2000 mPa·s. The compact design also streamlines the number of components, making maintenance and inspection easier.

The operation of the pump is smooth with minimal vibration due to the excellent air pressure valve drive. It is widely compatible with organic solvents, sludge, viscous liquids, as well as chemicals such as acids and alkalis.

The liquid connection section is compatible with a wide range of fluids. It can handle high viscosity up to 2000 mPa·s and slurry liquids with up to 5% demineralized ash. Piping and maintenance are easy. It supports long hours of continuous operation. Discharge volume adjustment is possible during both standby and operation.

Proportional operation according to the main signal. It automatically stops after a specified number of times and sends a completion signal.

Ideal for self-suction and pressure delivery of foods such as minced meat, pulpy juice, saltwater, cream, and honey. The pump can also rotate in reverse. Cleaning and washing inside the pump piping is easy.

This is a small capacity series with complete self-priming capability. It can be disassembled and assembled with one touch. It is a fully self-priming type (self-priming ability of 7m). During operation or when stopped, flow rate can be adjusted within a range of 5% to 100%. It is ideal for precise transfer and injection, especially for slurry liquids, etc.

The seal-less SLK series pump is a magnetic pump that enables long periods of dry running by suppressing the sliding heat generated during dry operation. Since the sliding heat does not increase, there is no concern about failures due to thermal shock, and it also boasts excellent durability. The pump casing and impeller structure have been redesigned, significantly improving pump efficiency. It expands the performance range as a mid-flow pump, making it easier to select the appropriate model. Additionally, with improved workability, it is also possible to reduce maintenance costs. *Note: It cannot be used for transferring liquids containing slurries.

It is used for the precise injection of water treatment chemicals, as well as the injection of food additives, colorants, and preservatives.

The SLK series magnetic pumps are seal-less pumps that enable prolonged dry running by suppressing the sliding heat generated during dry operation.
