宮部鉄工 Company Overview

Creating the future of water

Since our establishment in 1930, we have consistently contributed to the development of regions across the country through the manufacturing and sales of cast iron valves in Hikone, the only valve industry cluster in Japan, for over half a century. Additionally, since our corporate reorganization in 1951, we have gradually developed as a manufacturer of water supply valves, satisfying end users such as waterworks bureaus and water supply entities across various regions. Moving forward, we aim to respond sincerely and reliably to the diverse needs surrounding our industry, and to continually reflect on what "quality" means to our customers, striving for improvement every day. — "Fulfillment of Responsibilities," "Cooperation and Unity," and "Harmony" are the fundamental spirits of our company since its inception. "Fulfillment of Responsibilities" means that each employee fulfills their duty to support the important "water" that sustains people's lives, playing a part in the "lifeline" that delivers it to the community. "Cooperation and Unity" involves sharing the issues currently faced by users and consumers. "Harmony" recognizes that every individual is a member of a supportive society. We aspire to create the "future of water" and continue to be a company that contributes to "the smiles of people and society" for the next 50 years and the next 100 years.
