It has an extremely high vibration absorption capability (with a tanδ (vibration absorption index) at the industry's highest level), low temperature dependence, and outstanding shock absorption and vibration damping characteristics. ■ The "Thermal Rubber" is a high-reliability thermal conductive resin manufactured by Satsuma Research Institute, which achieves high thermal conductivity by blending and uniformly dispersing special fillers. ■ It conforms to surface irregularities, adheres closely, and quickly dissipates heat from the heating element to the heat dissipation (housing) area.
