Our company provides electrical design, control panel manufacturing, machine wiring, and repair and modification of existing equipment tailored to our customers' needs. We support PLC programming for Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron, Panasonic, and Fuji Electric.

• Circuit board design and manufacturing

We undertake mechanical design work centered around the design of general production lines, including conveying machines, lifting machines, processing machines, and peripheral robots. We specialize in the manufacturing of various production equipment and jigs up to medium scale. Creation of drawings: AutoCAD or WinStar CAD.

• Circuit board design and manufacturing

We undertake the preparation of calculation documents, fabrication drawings, and loading data for large structures associated with the coastal area, such as structures within the plant, piping racks, operational stages around tanks, and various cranes.

• Other services

From new designs of vessels, heat exchangers, towers, and cone-roof tanks to various modifications and the retubing of heat exchangers, you can leave everything related to equipment to us, from calculations to drawings. Additionally, we also handle regulatory matters, including high-pressure gas, first and second pressure, fire laws, and JIS compliance.

Our company is located adjacent to the Keiyo Industrial Zone, and through our long-standing relationships with these factories, we have gained experience in various types of plants, including oil plants, chemical plants, steel mills, food factories, and medical facilities. We utilize this diverse plant know-how to design piping systems that consider various aspects such as operability, safety, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
