The open-loop type wind tunnel "Model BWT/CWT" is a quality research wind tunnel designed for thermal analysis testing at the component level, such as electronic circuit board modules and heat sinks. It features a honeycomb structure and screens to prevent flow disturbances in the test section, providing a uniform and stable airflow of 0 to 5 m/sec. This wind tunnel can be operated in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The test section is made of plexiglass, allowing for easy observation of the flow. There are ports for various probes at 12 locations, enabling the insertion of thermocouples, pitot tubes, airflow sensors, and temperature sensors into the test section. Additionally, a wind tunnel controller is provided, allowing for easy control of the airflow speed within the wind tunnel test section via PC connection. Free membership registrationA compact wind tunnel system for laboratory use that can automatically control wind speeds up to 7 m/sec and air temperatures up to 85°C. It allows for high-quality thermal analysis testing of various PCB substrates and individual electronic components from room temperature to high-temperature ranges. With an optional orifice plate, airflow generation of over 40 m/sec is also possible. The internal air circulation enables rapid heating to the specified temperature. It can also be used for functional testing of heat sinks and calibration of air and temperature sensors. Additionally, a dedicated wind tunnel controller can be connected to a PC for easy automatic control of wind speed and temperature within the test section.
