NanoSight allows for real-time observation of the Brownian motion of nanoparticles in liquid on a PC screen using NTA (Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis) technology. Recently, in exosome research, NanoSight has provided new insights by detecting exosomes and counting particle numbers through its unique features and technology. ■ Adoption of unique measurement technology "Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA)" A proprietary measurement method from NanoSight that calculates particle size based on the Brownian motion of each particle. ■ Measurement of individual nanoparticles/exosomes Instead of using averaged particle sizes obtained from fluctuations in scattered light intensity, it measures and displays the size of individual particles. ■ Visual observation of particle scattered light Real-time observation of the Brownian motion of nanoparticles in liquid on a PC screen is possible. ■ No need for refractive index or reflectivity information Samples with unknown surface property data, such as newly developed materials, surface coatings, and biomaterials, can be measured accurately.

The nano-FTIR【neaSCOPE】 manufactured by attocube systems is a Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer that performs spectral imaging and spectral measurements with a maximum resolution of 10nm. Using patented technology, it extracts only the infrared spectrum from scattered light, achieving a spatial resolution of 10nm. The excitation wavelengths range from visible to terahertz, supporting further exploration in material science. Even if it is directly screwed onto the vibration isolation table, the vibrations to the sample and the equipment on the isolation table are very small, below 5 nm. It is equipped with a laptop, software, temperature controller, diaphragm pump, cryopump, GM refrigerator, and air-cooled compressor, allowing for automatic temperature control and vacuum pumping of the sample chamber.

A small refrigeration unit that achieves a minimum temperature of 50K and a maximum applied magnetic field of 3T, known as the Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS). It is a refrigerant-free type, requires no cooling water, weighs approximately 90 kg, and operates on a single-phase 200V power supply.
