The "SD Logger 5" is a product whose basic function is to record all data received from power-up to shutdown onto an SD card. If the device autonomously transmits data, it can record data just from that. Additionally, data can also be sent via scripts. This allows for data recording from devices that require commands through data transmission. 【Features】 ■ Low-cost logger with serial connection ■ Compatible with a wide range of RS-232C devices ■ Supports SD cards up to 32GB (SDHC) ■ Can add date and time to the data ■ Supports high-speed bit rates of 230 and 400 bps *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "4ch SD Logger Multi" is a device that consolidates 4-channel communication data into a single file for storage on an SD card. It can record communication data (received) from RS-422, RS-232C, and RS-485. Additionally, with RS-422, it is possible to send data to each channel using the SD Logger's script, currently targeting text data. We also accept customization to match your data format. Please feel free to contact us with your requests. 【Receiving Overview】 ■ It is assumed that data is separated by a newline every 1024 bytes at most. ■ The data sent will have "channel number," prefixed to it and will be recorded. ■ Data will be recorded on the SD card when a newline is received or when 1024 bytes are received. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Analog Serial Converter" is a product that converts analog signals to RS-232C, allowing data to be captured by PCs, SD loggers, and more. It can be safely used with different signals due to its isolated input processing. The white text on a black background is clearly visible thanks to the organic EL display, and by combining it with an SD logger, a 4-channel logger can be constructed. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ 4-20mA or up to ±10V individually configurable 4-channel input ■ Easy-to-read display ■ Low-cost multi-channel logger *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Analog Input Integrated SD Logger" is a product that can record current and voltage inputs along with date and time, in a CSV format text file. It can record at intervals as short as 1 second and as long as 32,767 seconds. It comes with a small display that allows you to check the input status on-site. Additionally, the power supply version can provide power to connected devices and allows for scaling according to the level of the connected equipment. 【Features】 ■ Comes with a small display ■ Free computer program available for setting changes and internal clock settings ■ Non-isolated ■ Records at intervals as short as 1 second and as long as 32,767 seconds ■ Records to standard size SD cards *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "RS-232C Distribution Adapter" is an adapter that distributes RS-232C signals. It allows RS-232C communication to be received by another device, and when data is being printed from measuring instruments or electronic scales to a serial printer, connecting it to an SD logger via the distribution adapter enables simultaneous saving of printed data to a file. Printed materials are stored on paper to prevent tampering, while the data saved in files facilitates electronic data analysis and verification, allowing effective use of printed data. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Model name: DT-LC-BRC ■ Power supply: 8–12V, 100mA or less ■ Communication speed that can be distributed: up to 230400bps ■ Operating temperature range: 0–60℃ ■ Size: 67×67×28mm (excluding protrusions) ■ Weight: 80g *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Modbus Converter" is a product that converts analog inputs into Modbus RTU. It enables data collection via Modbus RTU communication from sensing devices that do not have communication capabilities and from analog outputs. Input values are displayed on an OLED display, allowing for measurement confirmation even as a standalone unit. Additionally, it can perform calculations such as averages and maximum values. 【Features】 ■ 4-channel input ■ Voltage and current switching for each channel ■ Isolation between channels ■ Multiple units can be connected, and it can be connected alongside other Modbus devices ■ Scalable to match various devices ■ Wide range, high-resolution voltage or current input *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The temperature data collected by a non-contact temperature sensor (thermal watcher) will be used for AI learning inference in the Solist-AI TM simulator to display the degree of abnormality associated with temperature changes. The Solist-AI TM simulator is software that simulates the AI accelerator function of Solist-AI TMIC (ML63Q2557) on Windows. - A demo device mimicking a control panel is created in a normal state (initial powered state) and a load state, and temperature data from terminal blocks and other components is collected using the thermal watcher (32x32 pixel non-contact temperature sensor). - The temperature data from the normal state is used to train the AI in the simulator. - The temperature data from the load state is inferred by the AI in the simulator, and the degree of abnormality associated with temperature changes is displayed in a graph.
