At the Morita Blade Research Institute's factory, we perform sub-micron processing at a precision of 1/10,000 millimeter on over 10 million products. This is one achievement, but in order to respond quickly to the needs of the times, we are striving for higher precision and greater reliability, moving towards a new dimension of "monozukuri" (manufacturing).

■ We are a manufacturer that provides high-performance processed products utilizing the excellent characteristics of the highest grade special steel "Yasuki Hagane," through integrated production that includes heat treatment. ■ Known as the oldest steel in Japan with a rich history and tradition, Yasuki Hagane possesses toughness and durability, and in terms of quality such as hardness and durability, it has outstanding performance compared to other steel materials, making it the highest grade special steel. ■ It is utilized in various fields requiring performance that cannot be achieved with general steel materials, including steel for making machines and tools, heat-resistant materials, and low thermal expansion materials.
